Your order is considered binding once you send off the form or receive a confirmation mail from us. Your goods are usually sent off by first-class (A) post within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) of order. In the event of a delay, we will inform you immediately. Deliveries to addresses abroad are only possible if prepaid.
Prices are calculated automatically when you place your order and consist of the price of the article(s) and shipping charges. In Switzerland we charge CHF 10 post and packaging per order. This does not apply to orders for vouchers only, which are sent free of charge. Prices include value added tax. The invoice enclosed is due for payment within 30 days. Please use our payment slip.
